These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the War Table mobile application (the "App"), operated by Myles Rieben ("we," "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
War Table generates opinions from AI models. It is not a substitute for professional advice — legal, financial, medical, psychological, or otherwise. Verdicts can be wrong, biased, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for any decision you make. Do not rely on War Table for decisions where being wrong could cause you harm.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have a parent or guardian's consent). By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
You submit a question. Five AI models — Claude, GPT-5, Gemini, Grok, and Qwen — debate it across multiple rounds, and the App produces a synthesized verdict. The App relies on third-party AI providers to generate this content. We do not author the responses and do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
The App's output is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not legal, financial, investment, medical, mental-health, tax, or other professional advice, and no professional relationship is created by using it. AI models can produce inaccurate, outdated, or fabricated information ("hallucinations"). Always verify important information independently and consult a qualified professional before acting on anything that materially affects your health, finances, legal position, or safety. You assume all risk for decisions you make based on the App.
You agree not to use the App to create, request, or distribute content that:
We may filter, block, or refuse requests, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Conduct may also be subject to the policies of the underlying AI providers.
You retain ownership of the questions you submit. By submitting a question, you grant us a limited license to process it — including sending it to third-party AI providers — solely to operate the App and return a verdict to you. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to submit it. Do not submit confidential information belonging to others or anything you are not permitted to share.
The App may offer free usage subject to limits, and paid subscriptions or one-time purchases that unlock additional usage or features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. AI providers may change their models or availability, which can affect the App's behavior. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that verdicts are correct, reliable, or appropriate for your situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its output. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
